Our product teams within Talent acquisition own and develop products that help our customers attract and recruit the right talent in an effective and unbiased way while providing a great experience for the candidates. Within this area we provide some market leading solutions for attracting candidates (like employee referrals and advanced recruitment analytics) as well as tools for evaluating and communicating with candidates in the best possible way.
As Product manager you’ll own a product or a problem area where your most important job will be to create value for customers, by understanding their needs and how to translate them into a development roadmap and viable solutions for your product. You and your dedicated development team will work together to create value for our customers through continuous improvements, new development, and integrations within our ecosystem. You’ll also collaborate closely with your fellow product managers, UX designers and developers of other products in the Talent Acquisition area, as well as customer facing teams such as sales and customer success in all markets. As all members of the product team, you’ll take part in the creation of a customer experience that goes beyond talent acquisition, currently including talent onboarding, engagement, and development.
What we're looking for
We’re looking for someone with experience from Product Management, who has been through all phases from creating new features to the tough prioritizations that comes with a mature and complex product with thousands of users. You have a strong drive to create value for users and the business, and you naturally use data and user insights to validate ideas and solutions. To be successful in the role you should enjoy solving complex problems, and you need to be organized and communicate well in English. Experience from B2B SaaS and Talent Acquisition is a plus, but don’t worry – we have a lot of people to learn from in the team if this is new to you.
