About the role 

As a Tech Lead at Talentech you will have a coaching role in the development team. You will join a cross-functional team where experts in UX, frontend, backend, test and dev-ops work together to deliver high-quality solutions with a strong focus on usability and user experience. Our productReachMee Talent, is a web-based recruitment platform. Each developer is responsible for doing the work according to the technical requirements, but the Tech Lead sets the foundation for a good developer experienceThis could be by coaching and advising the team through the setup of code review processes for all the source code, test coverage of automated tests and promoting developer productivity tools. Whether it is writing client-side modules in JavaScript/Angular, templates using Bootstrap, or web services in Python/Flask – there will always be a new challenge to keep things interesting, both within current and new products. 


To enjoy and succeed in this role you need at least 5 years of web development experience. Maybe you have had a tech lead role before, or you are interested in taking on a new challenge. You appreciate working in a varied role with close collaboration with the entire team. Good communication, coaching and English skills are required, and you have experience with the following techniques and frameworks: 

  • Python 
  • JavaScript  
  • REST API design  
  • Relational databases  
  • Test automation  
  • HTML5/CSS3 (Bootstrap) & CSS preprocessors (LESS, Sass)
